my name is Woo Dong , i’m from to Phu My Hung District 7. I had vomitting many times and diarrhea for 2 days and today my intestestines become swollen and painful. I haveI vommited and got a lot of diarrhea. My family sent me to a hospital in District 7 and X rays show blocking. My vets in District 7 thought that there was something blocking in my stomach since yesterday. But my family convinced that there was no foreign body on X ray. I was in bad condition and pooed with blood. My vets and my family refered me to Saigon Pet Clinic tonight for secondary opinion. My new vet checked and felt something blocking inside. Digital Xray was performed again and I was confirmed to have pylorogastric intussusception. What is this?this is a serious condition in which part of the intestine slides into or fold inside an adjacent part of intestine. to the way the parts of a collapsible telescope retract into one another. This can often result in an obstruction. and this requires emergency trearment. In my case, my first part of small intestine called pylorus slided into my stomach opening and blocked. X ray shows my small intestine slides/flolds inside my stomach and this is a big obstruction in my stomach which delays all contrast medium Barium Sulfate in my stomach and lot of gas accumulated in my intestines.
